Grand Summit 501 & 503: This top floor spacious two bedroom condo suite is the corner unit of the building and features stunning mountain and ski slope views in two directions. Beautiful anytime of the year, you'll have a bird's eye view of Utah's stunning Wasatch Mountains. Each of the unit's two master bedrooms enjoys a walk-out 5th floor balcony. You can watch the gondola going up the mountain and keep an eye on the swimming pool and hot tubs below. The suite has 2 gas fireplaces and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full size appliances. (But if you don't feel like cooking, room service is also available, or you can eat at either of the 2 restaurants located within the hotel.) The unit will sleep up to 8 guests with a King Bed in each Master bedroom, a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room, and 2 single day beds next to the fireplace. Daybeds are suitable for children as they aren't full length. Call the front desk to have these beds made up for you before bedtime. Full daily maid service, valet, and bell service are included in the rates. A concierge and activities desk is also available in the lobby, plus you have access to the hotel's Business Center. Free underground parking is available directly under the hotel, so you can ride the elevator right up to your floor. Keep your skis with the valet inside the hotel and within a few steps of the gondola. It couldn't be easier to get on the slopes! Guest CommentsHi Allison - We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Who would have expected best snow of the year in April? The condo was beautiful and the facility was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tubs and our son took full advantage of the steam room as well. I did not realize this, but I was charged "housekeeping" fee when I checked out. I thought this was included? Anyway, thanks and hope to rent the condo again. ~Steve Dear Doug/Allison, My family & I had a wonderful time. We were lucky due to the snowstorm so we had fresh snow everyday. Actually, we are hoping to take a family vacation to Hawaii next spring break to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary (March 17, so we'll be a couple of weeks late), and we definitely will consider your properties. We would like to go to Kauai and the Big Island, so one of your Kauai properties might be for us! We are waiting on making any lodging plans until we can firm up flights, which apparently can't be done more than 329 days in advance. Like most vacations, it went to fast. The property was awesome. It is a very nice condo and the hospitality was great. My whole family enjoyed it and I would recommend to anyone that I come in contact with. I would most assuredly like to stay again. Not having been to Park City, the Canyons was a great location and such a beautiful area. Anytime we travel we treat the locations as if it were our own and respect the property. Thank you for allowing us to stay. It was a great experience. Being there in the summer obviously is different than the winter. The crowds were down. The winters must be great! I stayed with some friends last year at the Grand Summit, and I believe they were the lock-out units across the hall, so I already knew that the accommodations were going to be great. It is a beautiful place and very comfortable. I will definitely plan on staying with you again. Wish I could make a trip to Hawaii or Cabo, but the Canyons is probably about as far as I'm going to get for awhile! The only thing that could have made it better would have been if you could have supplied a couple of hot guys for the weekend! Other than, that - it was all exceptional.
