Luxurious greenbelt property with air conditioning on the popular sunny south shore of Kauai! The Regency at Poipu Kai has top of the line furnishings, appliances and decor - add to that an amazing location and you have the recipe for a wonderful vacation. Located in the Poipu Kai Resort, the Regency Villas were built in 2005 with only quality in mind, from the Subzero refrigerator to the large walk in shower with dual shower heads! This condo has a very spacious feel with two stories and an open loft. There is a master bedroom on the main level with a large walk in closet and master bathroom and King size bed. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds on this level as well as another bathroom. You will also find the kitchen and living area on the main floor. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and surround sound stereo system. The upstairs boasts a large loft area with a closet and two twin beds and a view of the downstairs living area. There is also a third bedroom on the second floor with a Queen size bed and TV. A very popular walking path is just out the front door. Enjoy walking amongst the beautiful gardens, take in the ocean view and within 5-10 minutes you will be at the world famous Poipu Beach. Walk for 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction and you will find yourself at the Hyatt Resort, which boasts a first class spa and restaurants. Guest Comments:Upon arrival on Kauai, we were first met @ the airport with our cars then taken to the Regency Villa #220 in Poipu. My whole family was blown away to find the condo's spaciousness and very well equipped living room, dining area, excellent kitchen facilities, bathrooms and bedrooms plus a loft which the children enjoyed. Everything you would never expect to find was available including beach outing equipments. The website is just a small glimpse of what one can expect. We attended my son's wedding @ the Hyatt Resort that weekend, and had a family get together the next day @ the condo. Everyone was so amazed with our condo and requested info for their next visit to Kauai. Their comments was, "Our accomodations is nothing like this. This is awesome!" I highly recommend families or group of friends to make the Regency Villa your next vacation stay in Poipu, Kauai. I am definitely looking forward to making the Regency Villa #220 my next visit to Kauai. The accomodations were great--the villa was clean and well cared for. We had family members who stayed at the Hyatt--it was a beautiful 10 minute walk to visit them.
