Prince Kuhio Resort Condo #114
Aloha to our guests!
We acquired Prince Kuhio 114 in 2007. We had a lot of fun painting,
decorating, and getting new furniture. We want this condo to be a
very special place for ourselves and our guests.
We tiled the entire condo floor with very beautiful porcelain tile
that looks similar to travertine tile. We re-textured the walls and
painted them with a Ralph Lauren designer paint that is warm and
tropical and feels like Kauai. We put in new solid granite
countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. We added designer
faucets and sinks to provide a beautiful and solid feel with very
clean lines. We updated the kitchen with new gourmet cookware,
silverware, bowls and dishes and utensils. We also added a new
refrigerator, stove, microware and new appliances. The new living
room furniture is very hawaiian and comfortable. We added a new
television, stereo and DVD player in the living room and the bedroom.
Speaking of the bedroom, we splurged on the luxury Simons Beautyrest
Worldclass King size pillowtop bed. Please let us know how you like
it! From the bed and the bedroom, you will enjoy the beautiful
sunrise from the park, the sounds of the birds singing and the palm
fronds rustle in the breeze. You can hear the ocean and see the ocean
from the condo with views right down to the water from the park. You
will also enjoy a great view of the tropical garden and pool from the
living room. The trade winds blow from the park through the bedroom,
clear through the condo and out the louvers in the living room keeping
the condo cool. In the rare occasions where the trade winds are not
enough, we have ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
