The extra large lanai will be your favorite location for relaxing after a day of exploring or playing at the beach. Views from the lanai are dramatic and span from the pool to the left to the island if Niihau just off the coast of Kauai, with the entire south shore of Kauai nestled in between. The living area is enhanc ed by beautiful tropical furniture, a teak dining table and chairs. Your master suite is direct oceanfront tropical ambiance.

This condo will soothe your senses and take your cares away on the trade winds that blow through the condo. Two separate living areas are suited for two couples or a family of four, with separate private areas for each. Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom can be made into a king for your sleeping pleasure. 305A received ad extensive re-model late Fall 2005, with new slate flooring, kitchen updates, all new premium mattresses, new slate MBR walk in shower and numerous other upgrades.

A full kitchen completes the accommodations, all you need for a feast or just breakfast in the morning. A full size washer and dryer complete the amenities. Four gas BBQ's are on the property for your culinary use. Poipu Beach is just a short stroll along the ocean. The tropical ambiance surrounds you like the gentle trade winds.

There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a beautiful ocean view and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

Our cliffside pool is the envy of all the other resorts. Peer over the edge to see turtles, lay by the pool as the palm trees sway above you.

A leisurely walk along the ocean to America's #1 beach, Poipu Beach, will have your towel in the sand in minutes. Body surfing, swimming and snorkeling as well as a restaurant, convenience store, and surf shop are across the street from Poipu Beach.
