The cantilevered lanai sits over the crashing waves below, giving you a feeling of being on a boat, without the seasickness. Turtles love this cove and you'll see them every day. Whales (in season) and dolphins are waiting to give you a show. One of the only fully air- conditioned condos on the water in Poipu, our home is appointed with all you need to make this your home away from home. No restaurant can provide you with the ambiance for your dinner setting that this lanai affords. Tropical decor in the condo surrounds you with comfort, so you can leave your cares behind. This is a romantic one bedroom condo perched over the blue Pacific ocean where you can hear the waves crashing and see turtles swimming in the crystal clear waters directly below this vacation condominium. There is a 500 sq. ft sun deck near the front door and an incredible swimming pool that is on the edge of the property, sitting about 30 feet above the ocean. This completely self-contained Poipu vacation property has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and upgraded tropical furniture. There is lots of tile, glass block, and local art for you to enjoy. But there is no man-made match for the beauty of the sunrises, sunsets, and the constant barrage of the overwhelming splendor of the seascapes which are visible from the living room and the bedroom windows. Guest Comments:"Patricia, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities of a condo counterbalance the worst part of traveling (for me), that being dining. Breakfast, snacks and beverages within reach of the couch or deck chair is the only way to go. We have a small lake house on Texoma. The floor plan with deck is uncannily similar to 101B. We have a wonderful vista of the lake, but at a distance with woods in between. You have the roaring surf... not fair. We stayed two nights at Turtle Bay on Oahu. Very scenic, but nary a turtle. Your turtles were endless. In fact, I was face mask to face with one on Friday morning over at Poipu Beach. It was the highlight of my trip. Thanks again for your hospitality and flexibility. The noon check-out great with 20 hours of travel that afternoon. We ran the towels and sheets for Tom. He’s a hoot. We were gone during daytime hours enjoying; Kai deep sea fishing, snorkeling, Captain Andy's Catamaran tour, ATV Kauai and Kayaking down the Waialua river. The air conditioners were used at night for sleep so I am hopeful your electric bill will not be high. The view was picturesque from our lanai and the sea turtles kept us entertained. While I wish for you to be successful as condo owners, I am afraid to tell too many people about the wonderful accommodations for fear when we book in 2011 there will be no openings! On a serious note, thank you for an outstanding memory of our 31 Wedding Anniversary. We plan to return every two years. I've never seen them before - it was fascinating. Their tails remind me of manta rays.
