The open two-story design of this Kauai vacation rental townhouse provides a very comfortable living environment. Floor to ceiling windows allow the island’s trade winds to flow through the home, and makes the main living area light and welcoming. Sienna tile floors, wood accents throughout and vaulted ceilings give a soft, relaxing feel to this home.

The main living room has ample seating and cable television with VCR and CD player. You can also relax outside on the lanai, where there is a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while you enjoy the open feel and garden view. The front porch is covered and has a lovely bench to enjoy the lush landscaping of the complex. There is a full kitchen with all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker, blender and rice cooker. A dining area adjoins the kitchen with bar seating and a dining table that can seat six adults. Washer and dryer and extra linens are in the downstairs hallway closets, conveniently located next to the master bedroom and bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a ceiling fan with light. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs with the loft and the second bath. The second bedroom has windows on two sides, offering garden views. Both upstairs bedrooms have a queen size bed. This unit can sleep six adults comfortably, an! d the loft has two twin size daybeds that can easily accommodate children. The loft also provides a second living room, with table and chairs and a second TV. Send the kids upstairs to play some of the provided board games, while the adults relax downstairs!

The townhouse is ideally located within the complex. It is set back from the parking area, but is close enough to be convenient. The pool is nearby as well, but far enough so that noise is not an intrusion. Mauna Kai has one of the largest pools in the Princeville area.

The Princeville area is set above beautiful Anini Beach, and there is a picturesque wooded path within walking distance of Mauna Kai. (It takes about 10 minutes). Anini beach is protected by a large reef, which makes it an ideal location for swimming and snorkeling. The beach is also accessible by vehicle.
