Kauai Luau

Kauai Lu'aus: Traditionally, Hawaiians had many occasions for feasts and celebrations: battle victories; seasonal events; and for welcoming guests. These events often involved days of planning and preparation.

Today, the lu'au is an elaborate Hawaiian feast featuring traditional foods and entertainment. These are usually outdoor, buffet style with torch-lit tables of sumptuous foods, drinks, and desserts for the whole family. Entertainment consists of spirited Polynesian song and dance. Aloha attire is appropriate.

There are several good Lu'aus on Kauai and your vacation wouldn't be complete without attending one.
