Luxurious interior of the house is complemented by a brand new 1200 square feet of back lanai wrapping around a private swimming pool and a six person spa and providing ample space for sun tanning eating out doors or simply relaxing and reading a book while listening to the songs of the birds in the trees. Poipu is arguably one of the best places for vacationing in Kauai. It is almost always sunny and dry in Poipu and you can always count on the weather here. The trade winds keep the temperatures mild year round. There are several white sandy beaches nearby, with easy access and lots of parking. This Aloha Hawaiian Hibiscus home is located in the middle of the prestigious Kiahuna Golf Course where the environment is very peaceful and is less than a mile to Poipu Shopping Village (many restaurants & stores). It is also about a mile to the famous Poipu Beach: perfect for swimming, with a separate lagoon for young children, snorkeling, surfing and beach parties. Brennecke's Beach next to Poipu beach is famous for body surfing and Shipwreck Beach is great for experienced swimmers and surfers and offers hours of delightful sunbathing. There are two living rooms in this home; the 400 sq ft main living room has a large 46" flat screen Sony LCD HDTV, a Sony home theater surround sound system, DVD/CD player and ipod dock. The main living room alone can accommodate 8 people on the couches, allowing comfortable communal TV watching. The second spacious living room has new lazy-boy sofa and an oversize chair and looks at the swimming pool and the colorful flowers of the backyard. This home offers free high speed wireless internet, cable HDTV, premium package with free HBO on demand in every bedroom, fan in every room, 1000 thread count bed sheets, high quality linens & towels, hair dryer in every bathroom, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and free phone calls to local, US and Canada.
