Hale Emmalani is a custom designed single story 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Princeville home. It is ideally located on a corner lot surrounded by mature coconut, banana, avocado, orange and lychee trees along with a beautiful lava rock wall. Hale Emmalani is a one-of-a-kind home that sleeps 6 to 10 guests.

This home is about 1800sq ft. featuring a very open floor plan with rare Hawaiian Koa wood trim. There are new Brazilian cherry wood floors throughout. The teak dining table seats 6 to 8 and the bar seats 5. The kitchen has been upgraded with new black granite counters, a corian bar, Italian tile floor and all new Jennair appliances (and stocked w/spices). The washer/dryer is front loading and full-size.

All three bathrooms are newly renovated with new tile and a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The new guest house/pool cabana has a large outdoor shower overlooking a gorgeous 10x50 lap pool with custom rock patio - love the outdoor shower. Five skylights and large custom windows make this home light, bright and airy. The backyard with lap pool has Bali Hai mountain views. There is a gas grill on the patio and patio set for outdoor dining.

The house is fully stocked with kitchenware, full linens, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, vacuum, beach towels, 4 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, 4 snorkel sets (2 adult/2 children), 2 cruiser bicycles, 2 small children's bicycles, bike helmets, paddle ball set, basketball, soccer ball, volleyball, two tennis rackets, yoga mat , exercise ball, 2 kick boards, pool ball and sand toys. There is also an eclectic dvd, book and game collection for your vacation pleasure.

If it is a working vacation you’ll find an HP All-in One printer/fax/copier/scanner at the small desk with a view of the pool. There is wireless, high speed internet access. There is a Toshiba TV/DVD/CD in the living room and another flat screen TV in the master bedroom. There is also a portable MP3/Ipod docking station stereo and 2 portable CD players.

Hale Emmalani is across the street from a beautiful park with basketball court and volleyball net. If tennis is your game there are public courts at the nearby Makai course. You could even walk (1/2 mile) to the Princeville Center shops and restaurants and playground.

It is an easy drive to many of the beautiful North Shore beaches including Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. A personal concierge is waiting to set you up with activities like Horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, zipline tours and luaus. Her information is in our Welcome Binder in the front foyer.

The Princeville Health Club and Spa offers day or weekly passes with relaxing spa treatments available as well as steam, sauna and whirlpools in both locker rooms.

All of Princeville’s world class golf courses are within 5 minutes from Hale Emmalani. Did we mention the lap pool? Ahh….

We require a $500 security/damage deposit along with the signed/initialed contracts to hold your dates. This deposit is refunded upon check out. 13.42% Hawaiian excise/leisure tax and a $250 cleaning fee. Total fees due 45 days prior to arrival date. Once Total is received we will email you directions to home from airport and code for the lock box on the front door. And then let the relaxation begin....

• The Home has a peaceful 10x50 lap pool with Bali Hai views. Home comes fully stocked with all kitchenware, linens, beach towels, Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board, printer, internet access, two TVS, dvd player, cd players, mp3 docking, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bicycles, sports balls, sand toys, gas BBQ, newly renovated. Outdoor shower is private and great for getting beach sand off.

We had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful and luxurious home on Kauai! We spent a week with three generations of family -- the kids loved the swimming pool, games, and outdoor toys; the grandparents enjoyed the beautiful decor and convenient layout; and we appreciated the fact that the house had everything we could possibly need, in the most gorgeous setting!

What a great home for a vacation! We love north shore Kauai and this house is perfectly situated - close to Hanalei, beaches, great hiking. Hale Emmalani is beautifully decorated to get you in the mood for island living. Everything you'll need is here. Want to pick up a few things from the store? Hop on one of the bikes. Want to go snorkeling at Annini or Tunnels? Snorkels, masks and beach chairs are all waiting here for you. Plan a picnic--what you need ia already here.

The kitchen is great for preparing meals for friends and family while keeping you in the action. The private guest suite is perfect for company and the outdoor shower is convenient for after the beach. And if you have to combine work with pleasure during your stay here - as I did - you'll be happy to know that the wireless connection was great and there is a printer here in case you need it. The only problem is that you'll never want to leave.
