Approximately 1500 square feet, the living and dining areas are open with 9 foot windows framing lush tropical landscaping and lava rock gardens. New teak furniture appoint this spacious condo including a magnificent king sized four poster bed in the master bedroom. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a lanai from which to enjoy a peaceful breakfast, languish in an evening view of the color-drenched sunset, or simply to enjoy the warm ocean breezes. The second bedroom with its own bathroom and twin beds (that convert into a king) can be secluded from the main living area for privacy or when children are sleeping.

The condo is equipped with wifi, DVD, stereo (iPod and MP3 compatible), wine fridge, washer, dryer, air conditioning, beach gear and portable crib. For additional guests, a roll away bed and pull-out queen sofa are included.

The full splendor of Kauai's north shore is only minutes away. The five-star St. Regis Princeville Hotel (just reopened after a year-long, 40 million dollar renovation) is within a 5 minute walk and offers stunning views of Hanalei Bay and the Na Pali Coast. The quaint town of Hanalei is a short, yet breathtaking 10 minute drive where visitors can enjoy fresh island-grown coffee at Java Kai and a host of wonderful local shops, cafes and galleries. For those who prefer to dine at home, Princeville Center has a full super market and both Hanalei and nearby Kilauea offer, local and organic grocers and weekly farmer's markets. Queens Bath, Kilauea Lighthouse and a host of beaches (many with world class snorkeling and surfing and others as secluded tropical hideaways) are either in walking distance or a short drive. The Na Pali coast is at the end of the road through Hanalei where those seeking a higher view of these majestic cliffs can embark upon hikes of varying levels of difficulty (but unparalleled magnificence) or simply bask in the sun on Ke'e Beach at the base of the towering ledges. Those visitors arriving from December through March will be treated to the sprays and breeches of humpback whales that arrive each year and can regularly be viewed from the golf tee behind the condo.

I came here with my boyfriend this summer and I absolutely loved it. The condo was bigger than I imagined - very spacious and absolutely beautiful! It was clean, the kitchen had anything you needed from baking pans, utensils, mixers, etc. The closet was full of beach towels and flippers and boogie boards and a lunch pail to take to the beach. I was also provided with a list of local restaurants and supermarkets. All i can say is that I wholeheartedly recommend Emmalani Court 325!

We would like to thank Great Vacation Retreats for a wonderful stay at Emmalani Court 325. The condominium itself exceeded our expectations especially for the cost. It was very well furnished, well-kept and maintained beautifully! Although this was a "garden view", it lined the fairway of the world-class Princeville Makai golf course. It was just a walk away from the spectacular ocean view of the Bali Hai landscape. Just a "block away" from the St. Regis hotel. Thank you so much and we will definitely return.
