We're right on the route of the San Diego Marathon and Carlsbad 5000. You can walk to dining, shopping, coffee houses, antiquing, entertainment, and a commuter train station to San Diego and Orange County (Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, etc.) Legoland is 5 minutes away, and of course, there's also Sea World and the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. The weather is pleasant year-round, and we especially welcome our Arizona neighbors and snowbirds as well.
