If location and view are important to you while spending your vacation time on Kauai, CONGRATULATIONS! It doesn’t get any better than this…. The Crown Jewel Penthouse is perched in the CENTER of the complex over-looking the pool straight out to the ocean. There are only two other Penthouse units at the resort that have DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS over the stunning lazy river swimming pool. All others have angled ocean views due to obstructions from other buildings. THE FAMOUS MOON RISING SHOT IN THE PHOTO SET WAS TAKEN FROM OUR LIVING ROOM.
The Waipouli Beach Resort and Aveda Spa is conveniently located approximately 10 miles from the airport, halfway between Princeville and Poipu, in the historic town of Kapa`a on the Coconut Coast. This 5 star resort has won several builder awards, including the 2006 "Award of Excellence". The Crown Jewel Penthouse has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf Range, Fisher Paykel Dual Dishwashers, granite counter tops, and travertine tile. No expense was spared on the quality and construction. The resort is its own paradise within the wonderful island of Kauai. The resort boasts the only salt water swimming pool on the island. Water slides, water falls and a lazy river to float down with your sweetheart or kids. The sandy bottom entrance and play area for the kids will keep them occupied for hours. Three separate spas at different temperatures. Tiki Beach Bar, poolside message, poolside snack/restaurant and sandy beach steps from your home away from home. The Resort is within walking distance to Starbucks, Longs Drugs, Safeway, McDonalds, Pizza, Jamba Juice, Cold Stone Creamery and several high end restaurants as well as local Hawaiian style vendors. Just got home from Waipouli. Your Penthouse has the best view at the resort! We loved sitting on the lanai in the evening, watching the moon rise out of the ocean, and enjoying the ambiance of the swaying palm trees and lit tiki torches.
