The Estate owners make this unique home and property available for others to enjoy while they are off Island. While visiting, you will enjoy fruit from 100's of tropical trees while basking on spacious covered decks, listening to waves and feeling cool ocean breezes.

You might try Starfruit, three varieties of Avocados, four varieties of Mangos, Papayas, Pomegranates, Lychee, Surinam cherries, Strawberry Guava, Pineapples, Cream Apples, Grapefruit, Cherimoyas, and four different types of Bananas. You will also find 100's of rare tropical flowers in the gardens including, Orchids, Anthuriums, Haleconias, red, yellow, white, blue and pink Ginger, Plumeria, Bird of Paradise, Bromeliads and more. All from YOUR yard.

You can make your own delicious smoothies multiple times each day from the fruit you pick right off the trees. Obviously Woodrose can make no guarantee of what fruits or flowers will be available during any given month due to seasonal availability of different fruits.

Imported rare hardwood floors and furniture make the home a rare indescribable experience for children and adults alike.

Moloaa Bay is one of the most beautiful bays on Kauai. There is fun for all ages on the low tide exposed reefs and tide-pools, the sandy beaches, snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, swimming, fishing or roasting marshmallows and hot dogs on a fire at the beach. You can take a sack of fresh fruit from the yard to enjoy while you sit in the shade under large trees that go very close to the water for those who have tender skin. There are protected areas where small children can play safely in shallow water while parents relax and read a book nearby.
