SPINDRIFT is located in the resort community of Princeville, on the northern coast of Kauai. In 2004, Travel & Leisure Magazine voted Kauai as the most beautiful of the Hawaiian Islands. To live at SPINDRIFT is to live with the ocean. From anywhere in the home, guests can view 40 miles of ocean and 25 miles of coastline. A secluded beach for swimming and snorkeling lies directly below. Humpback whales, sea turtles and Hawaiian canoes come and go. Surfers, tropical fish, and the ebb and flow of the tide are your everyday reality. And in the evening, the sounds and smells of the ocean will send you off to sleep.

SPINDRIFT has two large living areas, large wall to wall windows facing the ocean, and 25 foot ceilings. A spacious dining area leads directly out to an extended deck for ocean viewing, sunning, cocktails or dining. The large master bedroom on the top floor has a king sized bed, its own private deck, a vaulted 25ft ceiling, and an ocean facing, glass front wall. There are two guest bedrooms (one with queen and the other with twin size beds). Each guest room has its own bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for the discriminating chef.

Everything is provided in this 3,400 square-foot home. There are: Floor-to-ceiling windows for spectacular views, comfortable and beautiful seating inside and outside on the 3 deck areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and bathrooms, 2 TVs/DVDs, high-speed internet and long distance phone service, stereo/CD player, beach mats, beach chairs, boogie boards (great for novice snorkeling, as well as boogie boarding), beach towels, cooler, and ice packs. There are dive shops nearby that rent snorkel gear. The home provides ample linens and towels, fine Egyptian cotton sheets, wall-to-wall carpet, washer and dryer, and barbecue.

Activities:

You can sightsee, hike, bike, snorkel, fish, sail, dive, surf, boogie board, golf, kayak, visit the National Botanical Gardens and museums. You can take boat and helicopter tours, even AV tours to movie sites. Don't forget shopping, horseback riding, or just relaxing. You can also enjoy shopping at boutiques, exclusive stores, and at the outdoor stands at Spouting Horn where beautiful carvings, masks and gifts can be found.
