Laulea Hale - The House of Peace and Happiness is the ultimate in Hawaiian comfort and luxury. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Princeville's most prestigious neighborhoods, the 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bath home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Stroll around the neighborhood and marvel at albatross that inhabit the cul-de-sac every winter to await the birth of their offspring. The albatross are endangered so guests are asked to observe from a distance, leaving the birds in their natural habitat. A mile away is the famous Princeville Resort with its fantastic restaurants and world class golf. Step across the street to a trail that leads to a beautiful beach on the Anini Reef for snorkeling, swimming and shelling. In Laulea Hale you'll find bikes, beach gear and children's beach toys. There are four bedrooms plus an office equipped with a fax, copy machine and high speed internet access. Both master suites include king beds and elegant baths. One has an additional twin size sleeper in an oversized chair. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There are upstairs and downstairs living areas, with an additional sofa sleeper downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wine refrigerator. The downstairs covered lanai includes a gas barbeque; both master suites and upstairs living room open onto covered lanais. The upstairs living room and master suite have HD TV with cable and DVD. Laulea Hale has beautiful mountain views, partial ocean views and is a very short walk from a secluded beach.
