Na Pali Coast, Kauai

The Na Pali Coast on the north western shoreline of Kauai runs for over 22 miles with 3000 foot vertical cliffs rising out of the ocean. Too steep for roads, this rugged wilderness stands today pretty much as it has for thousands of years. Hikers still use an ancient footpath to traverse the cliffs and explore its hidden valleys and streams.
