Kauai Flowers

Kauai, Hawaii

Kauai is called "The Garden Isle" for good reason. It is said that if you leave a shovel in the ground it will start to grow. With rich volcanic soil, plenty of rain, and a warm tropical climate, fragrant blossoms are everywhere all year long. Most flowers on the island were brought here from other parts of the world, but I have to admit they seem to look better here.
