Large living features flat-screen TV/DVD/CD Stereo and comfortable seating. Lanais feature club chairs w/accent tables for dining while enjoying the panoramic views of Hanalei Bay. Also provided is snorkel gear for 6, boogie boards, beach mats, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, and lawn chairs for your beach adventures. This 2nd floor condo is located at quiet end of resort for more privacy. Unit is air conditioned and is non- smoking.

The down payment is 20% of the total room rate plus 13.42% tax, or a minimum of $200, is due at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit the full payment. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Additionally a $200 out clean fee and a $50 reservation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Resort Fee of $5.00 per day (charged by resort at checkout) Beginning October 1, the resort will also charge a $25 check-in fee.
