This large 1700 square foot condo has it all! Located on a knoll, it captures the tradewinds in the summer. The open view of flowers, the wetland, bay and spectacular mountains will make you think you are in paradise. Count the waterfalls on the mountain after a rain and enjoy the whitewater view. Sitting on the lanais taking in the scenery is a pleasure.

When you open the front door, you'll see a beautiful newly tiled floor, large living room with new leather furniture, island style dining room, new desk and big flat screen tv. A well appointed kitchen with (09) new appliances makes cooking pleasant. You will find books, games, cds and puzzles in the new TV cabinet and internet access is available.

There are king beds in two of the newly decorated bedrooms. The third bedroom has two double beds and a large dressing area making this suite inviting. All bedrooms have sitting areas and tvs so you can read your book or relax privately should you choose, away from the main living areas. Two bedrooms also have coffee pots, micros and small frigs as well as private entrances. Each bedroom has new (09) carpet and a newly tiled floor as well as its own private lanai. You will wake up to a beautiful view.

June 2009 We had a fabulous vacation. Snorkeling at Tunnels was amazing and we enjoyed using the books you have here to identify the fish we saw, find the best routes to various beaches and learn about the local wildlife. The view from the patio was fabulous and we loved seeing many double rainbows that appeared to end in the field at the bottom of the hill.

June 2009 We had a wonderful time in your condo. The perfect location and what a view. We especially enjoyed the almost daily morning visits from the nenes. Mahalo.
