This one bedroom unit is a one-of-a-kind within the complex! Accessible parking is just a few feet away from this first floor unit. The condo has been totally refurbished and nicely appointed with a modern Polynesian touch. The unobstructed view of Bali Hai is usually described by the guests as breathtaking. This studio part has a full kitchen. And, of course, all the countertops are granite. Air conditioning is only needed once in a while, but it’s there if you need it. A beautiful beach shared with the Princeville Hotel for great swimming and snorkeling is just a short walk away. We loved the condo-view for sunsets, easy cart ride to beach, and beautiful things you have furnished your home with! Among other things, it is an avian adventure-parades of roosters, hens and chicks, Nene birds, and beautiful small red-headed birds. We had our share of small problems, but your graciousness and Patrick's quick presence turned those problems into good feelings of being well taken care for.

My fiancée and I stayed in #3105 from May 20 - May 27 and were very pleased. The location of the condo within the resort worked out well for us. The condo is near the parking area, therefore there was never a need to contact the resort for assistance in transportation (they offer transportation services if needed via golf carts) and there was never any noticeable noise from the parking area inside the condo. It is also located near the main pool (about 20 steps away) and the beach path. This particular condo includes a full kitchen, bath (jacuzzi tub/shower), washer/dryer combo and a GORGEOUS view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. This was not a particularly large condo, so to save on space the owner has a Murphy bed in the living area, rather than a traditional bed, which we found to be very comfortable. Also, it was nice to be able to make the bed and "put it away" so you didn't have to spend the rest of the day scooting and shuffling around the bed. The location of the resort in Princeville was also very nice. A small shopping area is about 5 minutes away including a grocery store, retail shops, gas station and several restaurants. The small town of Hanalei is about 15 minutes away (actually about 6 minutes!) which includes several other restaurants, small little boutique-like retail shops as well as tourist shops. We spent most of our time on the North side of the island hitting several beaches, snorkeling (Ke'e Beach, Tunnels Beach and Queens Bath), hiking (Kalalu Trail along Napali Coastline) and shopping. We did a day long hike in Waimea Canyon on the west side of the island, which took around 1.5 hours to drive but well worth it. We will definitely be back to Kauai (hoping to get married here next year) and Hanalei Bay Resort.
