Enclosed 7 and 1/2 foot solid mahogany entertainment center with 26 inch TV, CD, and DVD, and 6 drawer dresser. Available high speed internet access, fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and washer/ dryer combine to make this non smoking studio a comfortable vacation experience. All resort amenities are at your leisure; 8 tennis courts, 2 pools, massage gazebo, beach access, and 45 holes of Princeville golf.

This was perfection of place, services, and condo amenities. I travel the world on my job and have been lucky enough to stay at fine locations. None match the peace and possibilities under Bali Hai at Hanalei Bay Resort - and this condo is special: tastefully decorated, very private, convenient to activities, a short walk to the "Descendents" beach on http://www.summitpacific.com/kauai/hanalei-bay.html">Hanalei Bay. An ideal location high atop the Resort with a stunning view of waterfalls, mountains, Hanalei Bay, and the gorgeous resort grounds from my pillow on the king beds. These units offer everything you need for a family get away or a private escape. Quiet, well maintained with an artistic flair, and fully equipped for relaxation and recreation. The owner claims this as the "highest unit in the Resort". He is right ... it makes it special ... and it makes for a unique setting to enjoy flowers, birds, up amid the tropical botanics of the Resort. MY WIFE AND I WILL BE BACK HERE IN A MINUTE. Very affordable luxury in a glorious setting ... and boogie boards included in the unit!!!!

The Perfect Vacation

I have been visiting Hawaii for 23 years, and hands down The Hanalei Bay Resort on Kauai is my favorite place to stay. My friend and I took a girls trip to Hawaii last spring, and we could not have had a more wonderful experience. The Hanalei Bay Resort could not have been a better place to stay. We were able to wake up to a wonderful rainbow forming on the mountains across the water every morning. The resort was close to all of our many adventures including hiking, backpacking, swimming, snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, sea and river kayaking, golf, and just simple exploring. After a long day of fun, we sat on the lanai and enjoyed a cocktail and some amazing lilikoi goat cheese as the sun went down. The night life was also great. We were able to find great music, a place for an upscale drink, some great burgers, and a lot of friendly people. The condo itself was very clean, and cozy. We were able to cook in, or grill if we didn't want to eat out. I could go on about the amenities, but really it was all wonderful. This location would be absolutely ideal for a romantic couple, an adventurous family, or even a trip for the girls.

Amazing stay at Hanalei Bay Resort!

A friend and I stayed for about a week in this unit at Hanalei Bay Resort, and we have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience! You cannot beat the location - the condo is centrally located to the town of Hanalei Bay (great restaurants and bars, but low-key with minimal crowds) and also near tons of great beaches, kayaking, hiking and snorkeling spots. It's the perfect balance of a relaxing, quiet place to stay that's still close to all the fun. The unit itself is in great shape and has clearly been taken care of and updated consistently. The Lanai has beautiful flowers surrounding it, and a great view looking out over the resort's pool to the bay. The owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to rent from; I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

It would be impossible to have a better vacation than we did last October. It was our first time in Hawaii and it was spectacular. The only surprises we had were good ones! Our unit was exactly as the pictures on the web site. Our 3rd floor room had views of the pool area, Hanalei Bay, and the mountains, a perfect spot. Although we went to the beach every day, we started each day in the pool, and ended most nights in the secluded, tropical hot tub. We ate in about 1/2 of the time, picking up fresh fish and veggies from the local farmers markets, a wonderful suggestion from the owner. He also urged us to take the Na'Pali coast cruise which was breathtaking. It included the tour, lunch, and swimming in an area only accessed by boat. Other great suggestions were the "Queen's Bath", Hanalei Village, and any of the 7-8 local beaches within 10 minutes of the resort. While our holiday revolved around the beaches, many folks took advantage of the many tennis courts, the pool deck, and the many golf courses on the grounds. We fully intend to repeat this trip after our Cape Cod summer ends, in late August or September. I would highly recommend this resort as well as this particular unit. It was perfect.

Loved waking up to the wonderful garden view with the mountains in the back. Great location on the island and great location on the property. Would highly recommend this condo. Can't wait to return to Kauai!
